Return & Refund Policy

At Luna Wai, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review the product format and the following policy before placing your order.

Physical Products and Fulfillment

Luna Wai physical products are produced, packaged, and shipped by our approved third-party printing and fulfillment partners. Luna Wai does not personally handle the packaging or carrier delivery process.

ORDER ISSUES

For a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect order, contact Luna Wai within 3 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Include the order number and clear photographs of the affected area, complete product, exterior packaging, and shipping label. Keep the product and original packaging until the claim is resolved. Verified production or fulfillment defects will be handled with a replacement or another appropriate resolution. Do not return a damaged product unless Luna Wai provides instructions.

Returns and Exchanges for Physical Products

Because our physical journals and notebooks are printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Changing your mind or buyer’s remorse
Accidental orders
Ordering the incorrect product or format
Normal wear and tear
Minor variations in print or color caused by differences between screen displays and printed materials

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within one business day of purchase. Because production may begin sooner, cancellation is only available if the order has not yet entered production. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are final sale once access to the files has been provided. After delivery, digital products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

Please review the product description carefully before ordering and confirm whether the item is digital or physical. No physical product will be shipped with a digital purchase.

If a digital file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or incorrect, please contact support@shoplunawai.com so we can help provide the correct file.
